Bootsies Travels

From 17th till 20th Feb 2006 we were at the Trouville Hotel Sandown Isle of Wight and for a bit of fun sent a Bear named Bootsie home with one of the dancers, and when she goes to a class, dance, or Disco she is going to give him to someone else to take home, the idea is, that if you see or receive Bootsie to email me and let us know what club he is visiting, if possible email me with a photo of him, I will put all messages and photos from him on here. We are going to see how far he travels and how many clubs he visits. So if you get Bootsie given to you please let me know and then pass him on to another dancer, who knows, he might be back to visit my club one day. The email address is  pim@bannersandboots.com

Bootsie sent me a postcard from Cyprus, it said,

Hi, It's Bootsie, We arrived on time, great journey, I was so excited, and loved my first flight. I hope to visit the ballroom tonight, I was too tired last night, I woke up to beautiful sunshine, very warm, not that I'm trying to make you jealous or anything, I hope to get a nice suntan before I go on to visit my next club, it will probably be Kings Lynn, Norfolk with Irene and Dave who are really looking forward to my visit. Don't teach too many hard dances in the next two weeks, because my minder won't be able to catch up, I hope to see you again one day, Lots of love Bootsie PS I got my passport stamped at the airport

Hi Pim  Bootsie is fit and well we collected him from Bill Jones from South Wales.
We got him at Trowbridge and due to ill health and cancelled events he has not been far
but is now now on his way to Scotland with No Regrets who will pass him on.
He has been to Cool Country CMC in Somerset.
Had to add extension to his Passport that is now full up.
He has help collect donations for the Air Ambulance.
